CONGRATULATIONS
!!!
You made good on your 6-day vow to give up 1 or 2 foods or bad habits. Who hung in there with me? Did you stick to it even if everyday you didn't hit the target? Good for you. Give yourself high five. If you didn't, that's Ok. Tomorrow starts a new 6-day challenge.
I feel great. No stress. No anxiety. No bloating. Body is sore but in a good way. I had a few rough days, the temptation was grueling, but I pressed through. I kicked up the workouts. I made it to the end. Glory hallelujah!
Tomorrow starts a new 6-day challenge. Lean meats and veggies only. No junk carbs, sugary sodas and sugary snacks. My spiritual plan: work on better managing my time and push away from a procrastinating spirit.
Will you follow my plan? Or what is your 6-day plan? You can even stick to last week's, if you don't feel like you conquered your goal.
How to prepare for success: Go shopping for your foods so you don't have to run to junk food. Get your journal and pen and make dailys plans/goals to WIN. Wash your workout clothes and have them ready the night before. Have your motivational videos and affirmations in your playlist to keep you encouraged and motivated. Get your bibles out and be in constant prayer and communion the Lord because the devil is ready to attack and derail your plans. DorrisWedding plus size selections for wedding that cost below 100
